Escondido Apartment Rehabilitation

Working with the RAHD Development Group, Stemach Design + Architecture recently completed a 92-unit apartment renovation project in Escondido through California’s Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) program for affordable housing. The project took advantage of an expedited permit review process offered by the City of Escondido and completed the building permit review process with a single comment cycle. Design Review approval was successfully secured in 3 weeks and Building Permits in one month.
