A full demolition and remodel of two existing suites at Franks Landing, for the Redmond DMV office. The new layout features a spacious waiting area, service desks, secure report room, offices, supply room, two new unisex restrooms, and a large day-lit staff breakroom. Minor parking line adjustments were also included on the site plan.
