Miyagi Ramen, a popular ramen noodle restaurant within the Historic Box Factory. The design includes a visually open floor plan, connecting sight-lines from the kitchen area to the dining area and an open structure. Other features include bar seating, additional seating in the patio area facing Industrial Way, and new bathrooms. Bamboo counter-tops, floating shelves, and a custom mural provide a fitting atmosphere for the ramen cuisine. A space efficient design is made possible by incorporating a new structural platform to accommodate the kitchen equipment on the roof of the building.
