East End @ Neff Place

Mixed-Use Development located on a 1.5-acre site at 1462 NE Cushing Drive in Bend. The development includes two similar single-story 8,000 square foot buildings, connected by a 2,000 square foot covered patio. Stemach Design + Architecture is facilitating design and construction of the shell building at this site as well as interior tenant improvements for each suite. Shell completion Fall 2020, Tenant design and construction include No Hablo Tacos, Cuppa Yo, Hot Worx, and others.
