Stemach Design + Architecture is completing extensive exterior and interior renovations for 9 buildings at this multi-family site in Napa through California’s Tax Credit Allocation Committee (TCAC) program for affordable housing. In addition to upgrading the units’ interiors with new hardware and appliances, the Stemach Design team will be creating ADA accessible pathways, updating trash enclosures, and facilitating important seismic upgrades. Emphasis on progressing through the quickest possible timeline with clearly defined milestones.
