David and Casey Sullivan approached Stemach Design & Architecture to design their new 2-story medical office building in the Northwest Crossing Neighborhood in Bend. The 14,600 sq ft site easily fit the 8,800 sq ft building allowing the Sullivans to site their Orthodontics practice on the second floor, and provide a tenant space to Dental Artistry, also designed by SDA. Our scope included all engineering trades, securing City of Bend land use approval, removing an old utility easement on the property, securing building permits and observing construction. Construction was completed in summer of 2023.
