A new business campus at the former Bend Bulletin building located on Chandler Ave. The improvements to the building include a magnificent grand entry with towering windows, sweeping views, custom concrete flooring, Ben Hull artwork and furniture, modern finishes, and a second-floor catwalk. Offices and executive suites can be easily modified to create a custom footprint for each tenant. Shell completion January 2021, tenant improvements include Western Title, Red Plate Foods, and OBrien Construction.
