The Bite

The Bite is a food truck court located in Tumalo. The site can accommodate three food trucks, which provide food to patrons. A covered bar serves up local beverages to patrons who can dine and relax under the cantilevered roof, which is equipped with heaters for year-round enjoyment. The surrounding site features a custom sculpted fire-orb to keep patrons warm during the cool central Oregon evenings. The family-friendly lawn provides a relaxing space for adults and a fun, safe environment for kids. For those who enjoy cycling the central Oregon Scenic Bikeways, The Bite provides an excellent place to recharge along the way. Two bike-aid stations for repairing flats, tightening gears, or simply adding air to your tires will get cyclists back on the road quickly, but not before they enjoy the best of the local food and drink scene.
