Nani o Puna Apartment Renovations

The project consists of an eight-building site, The Nani O Puna Apartments, located in Pāhoa, Hawaii. Utilizing Hawaii's Low Income Housing Tax Credit program, Stacey and the rest of the Stemach Design team are facilitating some much-needed cosmetic and structural upgrades. Work on the exterior of the buildings includes replacing windows and railings along the lanai, adding siding, and reconstructing stairs. Interior upgrades include replacing cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, lighting and new paint.
