Kellcon Construction HQ

From a small space in the Box Factory, Kellcon Construction has made their move to a fully renovated two-story suite in the same building.  To accommodate adequate office spaces, new interior walls and a second floor were constructed, accessed by a custom nail-laminated timber staircase finished with a vinegar wash.  The Stemach Design team was able to utilize wood salvaged from the original Box Factory construction as a focal point for the office’s entryway. The space also features an open reception area, conference room, break room, upstairs common area, and updated restrooms meeting accessibility requirements.
