Valentine's Deli

Valentine’s Deli features a complete interior renovation of an existing suite along the north side of the Historic Box Factory in Bend. The restaurant functions as both a dine-in and take-out deli with a small exterior patio. Using strategic space-planning and reclaimed materials, the Stemach Design team was able to create a welcoming interior dining space featuring wrap-around benches, natural wood, exposed beams, potted plants, and a custom ADA-compliant deli-counter.
