Miyagi Ramen

Miyagi Ramen is a new ramen noodle restaurant that includes the renovation of the commercial space formerly home to a wine tasting room within the Historic Box Factory. The design includes a visually open floor plan, connecting sight-lines from the kitchen area to the dining area.  Other features include bar seating, additional seating in the patio area facing Industrial Way, and new bathrooms.  Bamboo counter-tops, floating shelves, and a custom mural provide a fitting atmosphere for the ramen cuisine.  A space efficient design is made possible by incorporating a new structural design and accommodating kitchen equipment on the roof of the building.
